Effect A fully mastered deliberate damaging skill or spell has roughly a 1-in-500 chance to deal 2 to 5 times damage. A 2-times Brag is most common; the larger claims are progressively rarer. The packet still passes through normal damage caps and target protections. Ordinary attacks, gunfire, automatic procs, lingering damage, scripted damage, and environmental damage do not qualify.
