This rune grows from successful Ka Ward blocks and from completed Grave Sacrament rites after the rune has been purchased. Old wards and old rites do not fill the chamber. The creed begins its count when the rune is earned. As the Tower Chamber deepens, Ka Ward becomes more than a holy dodge behind a gun. It becomes a loaded silence. In combat, the rune may answer as Ka's Final Word, a passive killing judgment carried on brass, devotion, and the old dark between prayers. Harder marks resist the final word better. Ka Ward and Grave Sacrament may also wake brief Tower Chamber surges, reinforcing the Occultist's evasive movement, bullet impact, or damage control for a short time.
