At this milestone: - Arcane Ascendancy damage gains another 25 percent of its current value. - Eligible single-target spells gain another Spell Echo. - Mana-cost discount gains another 5 percentage points. - Mana Shield rises to 20 percent before Legacy bonuses. - Mana Transduction rises to 3 percent max mana before Legacy bonuses. - Grand Conjuration duration rises to 160 percent before Legacy bonuses. - Focus strength rises another 25 percent. - Focus damage ceiling rises to about 1,500,000 before Chrome Grimoire. - Arcane Barrage gains another bolt. - Concentration receives its final large path improvement.
