Echo chance begins at 20 percent, rises to 30 at 900, 40 at 1250, 50 at 1500, 60 at 1750, and 75 at 2000. Third Lobe and Mayhem Gene each add 10 points, with a hard 95-percent ceiling. The echo deals 25 percent of the main hit for most psionics; Mindcrush echoes 20 percent. The echo itself does not recursively create another echo.
