On success, Supreme Rend starts a rend/bleed effect and applies heavy combat debuffs. Effects - Starts a lasting rend effect for many rounds. - Mastery adds extra rend rounds. - Applies armor, hitroll, and damroll debuffs. - Deals heavy direct damage and can produce follow-up strikes.
