Movement cost falls to 12 at 2000, while its hitroll/dodgeroll debuffs and duration continue improving through the late road. Class Legacy Rune of the Broken Bottle adds 10 percentage points to follow-through chance, adds dirty-fight damage, and deepens Shiv Twist's hitroll and dodge penalties.
