It restores hit points with a larger healing packet and can be used on yourself or an ally in the room. Ranger Kingsfoil Scaling When a Ranger is the caster, Kingsfoil Lore at 200 remorts begins a Ranger-specific scaling layer wherever that Ranger has access to Rejuvinate. The healing packet starts at 125% plus 0.20% of the target's maximum HP and continues rising to 225% plus 1.00% maximum HP at 2000 before rune bonuses. Rune of Kingsfoil adds another 25 percentage points and 0.25% maximum HP. Rune of the Last Road adds another 10 percentage points. The code caps this Ranger scaling at 260% plus 1.25% maximum HP.
