Help: Reader Mode Syntax reader What It Does The reader command toggles screen-reader combat summaries on or off. It is the older direct toggle for the server-side Reader setting. When reader mode is on, some high-volume combat output is condensed into shorter summaries. Repeated gunfire, skill chains, and other noisy combat lines may be shown as one clear summary instead of many lines. For a complete setup, status report, context recap, and readable information commands, use sr instead. The sr command owns server-side screen-reader presentation and works with any mud client. The separate cr command controls Reader features in the official NukeFire Client. See help sr and help cr for the distinction. Important Reader mode is an accessibility setting.
