Each valid enemy receives its own attack roll. Hits can spike, debuff armor and offense, briefly paralyze, and apply radioactive burn pressure. Long Road Radiation Storm uses the Kaiju damage road with a deliberately reduced AOE share. Its base 200 mana cost falls to 130 at 2000.
