The Kaiju becomes ground zero for a radioactive storm, checking every valid enemy in the room. How It Works - Costs 200 mana. - Cannot be used in peaceful rooms. - Requires at least one valid enemy in the room. - Each enemy gets its own hit roll. - Hits can critically spike. - Can briefly paralyze or stun victims. - Can apply a vomit-style radioactive burn timer. - Can debuff armor, hitroll, and damroll. - Cyborg victims suffer harsher system-style debuff values.
