At this milestone: - eligible healing and support spells begin receiving a mana discount; - Radiant Communion's mana cost and cooldown improve; - Communion's cleanse chance rises; and - Mercy Ward lasts longer. The normal healing-spell discount begins at 10 percent and continues rising at later milestones. It is applied after the normal Focus surcharge calculation rather than bypassing Focus costs.
