Psionic Bloom reductions can drive it down to the hard floor of 8 mana. - Psionic success gains up to +30 points by 1750 remorts, or +35 with Rune of the Third Lobe. - At 400, Cortex Overgrowth can leave spellpower/hitroll pressure. - At 600, Synaptic Storm can echo another 25 percent of the main hit. - At 900, Hive Cortex can reclaim a small amount of mana from the hit.
