Long Mutant Road - Receives half of the raw long-path damage bonus because the skill can produce additional damage packets. - Psionic Bloom improves success chance and reduces its high mana cost. - At 2000, the long-road reduction reaches 50 percent; Third Lobe can raise that reduction to the 60-percent cap. - Cortex Overgrowth, Regenerative Colony, Hive Cortex, and Synaptic Storm apply from the successful main blast as their milestones unlock. - Synaptic Storm echoes 25 percent of the main blast when it fires.
