At 2000, the long-road reduction reaches 50 percent; Third Lobe can push the reduction to the 60-percent cap. - Cortex Overgrowth, Regenerative Colony, Hive Cortex, and Synaptic Storm all hook into the successful main hit at their milestones. - Synaptic Storm echoes 25 percent of the main Psi Attack hit when it fires.
