The chance to delay the attacker rises from 80% toward a 95% cap, while the chance that the Ranger also suffers a one-step delay falls from 50% toward 15% at 2000. Rune of the Burned Crown sharpens the counter and attacker-delay pressure. Rune of the Last Road strengthens the counter and can lower the Ranger's own delay chance to the coded 10% floor.
