Cyborg's early Auxiliary Battery Reroute lowers its mana cost and improves the movement return. At 300 Cyborg remorts, Redline Servos makes every successful Overboost also install a timed combat-frame state. The first Redline lasts three ticks and grants damroll, melee power, and faster combat speed. Redline grows again at 900, 1500, and 2000 remorts. Overboost itself also becomes cheaper at those late tiers. Rune of the Redline Heart extends Redline by one tick, strengthens all three Redline applies, and reduces Overboost's mana cost again.
