When it triggers, unstable genetics fire back as a psionic repulsion wave. What It Can Do - Repel an attack with mutation backlash. - Knock or stun the attacker under the right conditions. - Fire a counterattack if the defender is not webbed. - Improve with practice as the passive triggers.
