Description Kiai Break is a focused Samurai battle cry that damages one foe and tears apart the enemy's fighting rhythm. It does not require a separate spell command; it is used directly as a combat skill. How It Works - Costs both movement and mana. - Its cost and success chance improve with Samurai remorts. - Deals direct damage to one visible enemy. - Lowers the target's hitroll, damroll, and spellpower. - The disruption grows through the early Samurai remort path. - At 700 remorts, Kiai Dominion improves success, lowers resource cost, strengthens the penalties, and extends the disruption. - Wandering Blade at 1750 strengthens and extends it again. - Rune of the Red Sun further improves Kiai Break and makes disciplined sword attacks punish a target whose rhythm is already broken. - The penalties do not stack while Kiai Break is already active. Class Role Kiai Break gives the Samurai a control tool between pure sword attacks. Use it before Iai Draw, Katsuragi Strike, Severing Wind, Precise Strike, Flurry, or Sword Sweep to weaken the foe and improve follow-up pressure.
