How It Works - Costs 100 movement. - Requires a visible target. - Makes a skill check against the target. - On success, deals scaled damage and applies a breach effect. - The breach lowers hitroll and damroll and drains movement. - It may fire extra rupture hits, capped at five. - Targets already under Servo Lock take more damage. Why It Matters Heat Sink Breach is the softener. It makes later Headhunter burst skills more dangerous, especially Thermal Punch, Kinetic Overload, and Hunter-Killer Protocol.
