Help: Garrote Syntax garrote <target> Description Garrote drops a deadly wire around the target, dealing damage and applying its normal choking/control effects. Ninjas retain their existing Garrote progression. Assassins add Garrote to the Red Ledger at 50 Assassin remorts. Assassin Garrote is treated as part of the Assassin knife/execution path, so its damage can grow with Assassin remorts and interact with Deathmark and Venom Edge.
