On a character it applies combat bonuses for a timed duration. Current Effects - Adds hitroll. - Adds dodgeroll. - Adds damroll. - Uses the same object/spell path when aimed at an object. - Does not stack with itself. Rune of the Black Congregation When the 450-remort Heretic rune is owned, the blessing's base profile rises from 20 hitroll / 20 dodgeroll / 5 damroll for 360 seconds to 30 / 30 / 8 for 540 seconds before the normal support scaling is applied.
