How It Works - Can ONLY BE USED TO START COMBAT. - Requires a valid target. - Cannot be used in peaceful rooms. - Requires 2000 move and spends it on a successful hit. - Rolls a skill check against the target. - Hits can critically spike. - Can temporarily reduce the victim's maximum hit points. - The max-hit debuff does not stack with itself. - Can add extra follow-up crush damage if the victim survives.
