If no target is named, it uses your current opponent when possible. The normal view shows a threat label, a 0 to 100 danger meter, simple advice, damage edge, staying power, and tempo compared to you. consider <mob> why adds a plain explanation of the main factors. consider <mob> full shows the deeper number breakdown. Consider only works on NPCs in the room. It will not size up players. The rating is a guide, not a promise. Some enemies have tricks that a simple stat read cannot fully explain.
