Description
The Mutagenic Bonefoundry turns mutant parts, reactor slag,
graftwire, marrow resin, and living nerve pieces into crafted equipment,
tattoos, and implants.

- Bone-Smith: equipment, using bonefoundry stock.
- Mother Scar: tattoos, using bonefoundry_tattoo stock.
- Suture-Prime: implants, using bonefoundry_implant stock.
- Unstable Foundry Assayer: rerolls existing Bonefoundry crafts.

Assayer
The Assayer uses craft <bonefoundry item> instead of plain craft.
The item must be a Bonefoundry crafted reward in your inventory.
Assay reforging consumes 1 of each matching material from that item's
family, rerolls the visible instability label, marks the item as a
variant, and applies one fresh random-stat pass.
Possible visible instability labels include standard, unstable,
volatile, warped, and perfected.
