It is a single-target mutation attack and uses the full long-path Mutant damage curve. Follow-Through Chance 25 remorts: 25 percent 300: 35 percent 700: 50 percent 1000: 60 percent 1500: 75 percent 2000: 100 percent Rune of the Twisted Helix adds 10 percentage points while the chance is below its 100-percent ceiling.
