THE BLACK PYRE@N Once this rune is owned, valid corpses burned with IMMOLATE add to your permanent Black Pyre total. Old immolations do not fill the rune. The pyre wants fresh ash after the covenant is branded into the soul. ASHEN COVENANT@N As the Black Pyre grows, IMMOLATE may awaken Ashen Covenant. This is a short Heretic support pulse drawn from burned remains. It may briefly improve mana recovery, spell force, or dampening. At higher totals, the ash may also reveal old remort materials and other strange remains. The exact reward behavior is intentionally hidden. NOTES@N Only Heretics may buy this rune.
