Effects On success, it batters hostile minds, can spoil footing, and may stun or disrupt enemies where they stand. It is not a firearm attack, but it belongs to the Occultist's gun-and-creed control kit. Limits It cannot be used in peaceful rooms and needs at least one valid hostile target.
