How It Works The Heretic opens the Mass in blood and sends it through up to 8 valid enemies in the room. Each target receives its own skill check. A landed Black Mass: - Deals a high-remort Heretic area-damage packet. - Lowers Dodgeroll by 15 for 20 seconds. - Lowers Arcane Dampening by 5 for 20 seconds. - Returns 1 percent max mana per enemy struck, capped at 8 percent max mana.
