Help: Arcane Torrent Usage arcanetorrent <target> Available Slinger level 50. Description Arcane Torrent tears open a low mana reservoir and hammers one target with a sequence of escalating arcane packets. Later packets may erupt into lightning, fire, and cold riders. The old fixed-damage riders have been replaced with scalable damage, and the skill follows the Slinger's Arcane Ascendancy damage path. Requirements - Costs 100 movement. - Before 700 Slinger remorts, current mana must be 1000 or less. - At 700+ remorts, the reservoir requirement becomes the greater of 1000 mana or roughly 25 percent of maximum mana. - Cannot target yourself, a group member, or a protected player-side target.
