Help: Adaptive Mobs Some advanced NPCs can learn from your combat rhythm during a fight. This is runtime combat memory, not permanent character progress. What They Watch Adaptive mobs can notice repeated skills, big hits, spell pressure, control attempts, and repeated attack patterns. Predictive Blocks If the mob correctly predicts the next attack, it can reduce much of the damage with a predictive block. A critical read can completely nullify the attack and return direct damage. How To Read The Messages Messages such as the mob adjusting to your rhythm, bracing for a named skill, or anticipating your move mean the NPC has started to read you.
